Yoga Walk

A lovely outdoor session where we alternate between yoga sessions and walking sequences. Yoga Walk is suitable for both beginners and the more experienced. We adapt the program to the season and there is no sitting or lying positions. Corona safe archipelago setting.

We move about 1.5-2.5 km during the session, depending on the area.
We make four stops for simple yoga sessions of about 15 minutes each.
We finish the walk with a peaceful slowdown.

Location: by appointment
Time required: approx. 1.5 hours (2 hours including forest bath)

If the conditions of the area allow, it will also be possible to add a forest bath as part of the session. Forest bathing is a Japanese phenomenon and is all about "swimming" in sensory impressions from nature - by slowly and attentively letting scents, sounds and emotional impressions calm the body and mind.

Suitable for a group activity for a corporate or private event.

I also do yoga walks for individuals/groups with elements of forest bathing.

I operate mainly in the area from Roslagen to central Stockholm, but also accepts assignments in other parts of the country.
