Top of the plot is the host's house and a guest cottage. Vintervilan is below and closer to the water. The guest cottage is included. Hilly plot. The rare bathing area is open to local residents, however, usually not so many come and swim. Lovely and charming views of the bay with cabins and boats. Possibility on request to add your own boat at the host bridge, sailboat depths, buoy available. Host grants lawn up at the big house for play. Trampoline with safety net there, even a tree swing. The cottage has a large deck facing the water. A bar area and a sitting area and a barbecue here. 2 adult bikes can be borrowed by arrangement with the host. The houses in the bay is quite close and therefore you should think about keeping a low noise in the evenings. The cottage is called Vintervilan (hibernation) after the man who built the houses in the early 1900s drove Waxholmsboat. But in the winter, you could not drive the boat because of the ice and when he lived in hibernation and rested .
Bedroom and beds The cottage has 4 beds in two double beds. 2 bedrooms are on the upper floor of the cottage. The guest cottage higher up on the site has a bunk bed with 2 beds.
Kitchen and water The kitchen is small with fridge and freezer, stove with oven and extractor fan, coffee maker and kettle. The water is good to drink, but do not waste when water is in short supply in the archipelago.

Other Mobile coverage is good. About 6 mil to Stockholm and one hour drive to the airport. To Ljusterö Square is 7 km, there are grocery store, representative for the pharmacy and post office, restaurants, tourist office. For Linanäs is 4 km away and there are two restaurants, marina and grocery store that is the liqour agent. From here, several times a day to Stockholm by boat, the journey takes about 2 hours, add even steamer S / S Storskär to on weekday evenings. Wonderful day trips to the archipelago can be done from the ferry location on the mainland side. Close to Norrtälje which is a charming city in the summer. On the mainland, it is about 3 km to the Wira Bruk a wonderful excursion. On the northern Ljusterö is also a beautiful nature reserve with smooth rocks from the Stone Age, bath, cows and sheep grazing, and not least a magnificent view.
