Österåkers Golfklubb - A club for development. Österåkers golfklubb is located about 30 km north of Stockholm, in Österåker municipality. The club was started in 1988 and has about 2,000 members of which 320 are junior members.
Information
The club has hosted the Compaq Open Ladies European Tour three times. Annika Sörenstam, Laura Davies and Raquel Carreido have all won at Österåkers Golfklubb. Currently, Österåkers Golfklubb offer 18 holes of golf. Västerled is a 18 hole heath character course and a challenging and varying championship course. Öster by Stenson is a 18 hole course built in cooperation with Henrik Stenson Golf Design.
