Friskis&Svettis is a non-profit health and fitness association with a simple idea: keeping fit should be a pleasure. If it does not feel nice, there is a big risk you will stop. And that is too bad.

Man is made to move and moving makes people feel good. That is obvious to all children, but something grown-ups tend to forget, even many of the young adults.

Friskis&Svettis are serious about their mission which is providing opportunities for workout that makes you feel good. It is not only supposed to feel good when you are done, but also during the workout. The workout in itself should feel like a positive thing, a good feeling you would like experience again.

Group workout
Choose from more than 60 group workout sessions a week!
Everything from easier sessions like soft workout and yoga to tougher sessions like circuit workout X or circuit cardio. If you like dancing and coordination based workout, you should try fusion, fuego or aerobics.
