Fredriksborg Hotel and fortress consists of 5 hectares of private land and serves food in the hotel dining room, on the outdoor terrace or in the orangery. During summer, simple dishes and coffee are served on the large jetty Corps de Garde right by the water at Oxdjupet. Larger groups can eat in the large event tent and the fortress can also be used for serving at private or corporate events, or for other larger groups.
The kitchen maintains a high standard and of course also does vegetarian and vegan food. Bread and pastries are usually home-baked, and at weddings and events, special orders will often be accepted. Contact the hotel for further details.
